If Ontario and Quebec had the oil patch do you think they would be treated the same way as Alberta has been. Didn't think so. There would be a pipeline from Ontario to the west so we wouldn't have to import oil from the US. Ontario and Quebec would demand a pipeline to the west because they would have a fit if Alberta imported oil from the US and didn't buy eastern oil and gas. There would also be a pipeline from there to the maritimes, Irving would be exporting oil not importing, Ottawa wouldn't stand for it.

Zero foreign aid. Once our FN and veterans and citizens have clean water and medical care and jobs and homes then MAYBE we'd send help to our friends in another country...maybe. You want to send you own after tax dollars to another country to help them, or you want to send drones and guns and ammo to another country so they can kill other people, fill your boots.....but the govt wont be doing it.

Canada is the worlds dumping ground and it shows.
