who watching grey cup today?

up at 4am heat up smoker
beef brisket in the smoker
at noon deer ribs going into the smoker
Memphis style sauce

I'll be eating elk chili and wings, but it'll be watching NFL.

I can't bring myself to watch the CFL, even the Grey Cup is bush league...

I haven't missed attending a Grey Cup in 15 years. This year is the 1st year I can't make it and still pretty bummed out. New project kicked off and I'm stuck at work. Will be home in time for the game. Chili in the slow cooker and some wings that i smoked a couple weeks ago is on the menu.

Camp food I'm stuck here until my shift ends tomorrow

Only 1 more sleep watching the rest of the game when I get off shift at 6 on my 19" portable.

Just finished making Bourbon BBQ pepperoni now I have ribs in the smoker.
