Monday was applewood smoked chicken with cheesy scalloped potatoes and Caesar salad.

Wednesday was stuffed pork chops with asparagus and French fries.

Tonight is taco night.

Tomorrow I might do up some baby backs on the smoker. Applewood.

Outta the garden spuds, peas, lettuce and onions with fresh roast beef outta the pen. Raspberry and Saskatoon crisp with rhubarb bread pudding to chase it down with. Then after supper there will be fresh bread with probably 20 pints of fresh raspberry jam for a snack.

Started out with beer for an appetizer on an empty stomach. Then I had mushrooms zucchini and some chicken staying warm on the side while I try not to burn the corn and try sweet talking that last chunk of chicken to finish cooking.
What ever, it all turned out we’ll just didn’t want to all be ready at the same time.
