Default Ena Lake Report

Just got back from Ena Lake Saskatchewan. A great time was had by all and caught a lot of great fish. No 40 pounders unfortunately. We only made 35 lbs or so but 15 or so in the 20 to 30 lb range. 44" pike was the largest. The lodge and food were awesome, especially the shore lunches! Here's a couple of pics.

5 days. All inclusive including booze was about 7k per including tips. Beautiful place with 5 different lakes to try. Food was fantastic too, especially the shore lunches.

There's definitely some big ones there and in Lake Athabasca. One of our guides claimed to have gotten a 53 pounder in lake Athabasca a couple of years ago. Tazin sounds like a similar price to Ena. Rustic luxury!

One of the guides sent me a pic of a 46 pounder caught last week. Can't believe I missed it when I was up.
