Hunter's Ed Teaching Components

Good day, thought I would throw this out here. I am looking to track down some items to help with the Identification portion of the Hunter's Ed course. Specifically the Bird Identification section, as this is the hardest portion for most kids. However items that would help with Big Game Identification would also be appreciated. If you or someone you know has older Game Bird taxidermy, waterfowl taxidermy, elk, moose or antelope sheds they are looking to donate or get rid of; then that would be greatly appreciated. These items would be used by myself and other instructors that teach out of the local gun club and conservation society.

Any help or advice on where to look for these items would also be welcomed.
