Archery Ranges Near South Calgary / Okotoks?

Hello,

I am relatively new to Calgary. I live in the deep south and was wondering if there are any archery ranges nearby (outdoor or indoor)? Doe Okotoks have an archery range? Are there any good public areas around here to shoot with a portable target?

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Boba, check out the Calgary Archery Centre (indoor range) at 47th St and 47th Ave SE (East of the Road King, just off Deerfoot)

There is also the Calgary Archers Club, but it's located on Highway 8 west of West Hills across from the Elbow Springs Golf Course.

The Calgary Archers Club is moving this year; I just don't know where yet.

As far as public areas, buy a good target and drive out into the country on a gravel road and shoot in the ditch? I've done that before...

Boba, AHEIA has a range set up about 10 minutes south of your house. (Outdoors). Just plain targets, but it is nice to shoot at.
