I guess hey! Dude, first things first, get the cape off him and manage velvet, even if you gotta stuff skull/plate in a deepfreeze for abit. His eyes are sunk in and hes looking emaciated and rough man,,, if you get er off and get it salted or frozen fast you might be able to stop bacterial influence depending on how handled,, but I bet you lost the cape man. Congrats again on what was a very special deer.
