If mine were condemned to the garage she wouldn't be my wife .

Thanks. The high top is maple and the sink area surface is stone tile.

Hey Chet, that Frenchmen that tracked down that middle whitetail was over for a few scotch's last night. They are looking forward to the November wt hunt. Said he hasn't had his finger nails painted since last fall!

Cave looks great. Going to be needing more room when the African load gets home!

LOL! He is a mighty tracker indeed. He could track a grasshopper on concrete. Hope the old boys wintered well.

I don't need to have a drink to think your Mule deer are just fine in my books. You must have some serious square footage in that room to make an elk mount not overwhelm the room. Nicely done.

Salvaged the barnwood from the lightplant shed on the farm.

Hey yourself!
Yeah too bad we couldn't have got you and the boys here to see it before we pulled up stakes. Don't worry tho the farmhouse is going to be so much better. Be some time before any pics can be posted.

Yeah, well if you folks didn't live half ways to Fort Mac...

Hope you guys are settling in well and can't wait to see the farm... one of these days.

Hey, I heard a rumour of some big plans this fall?

We are just putting the final touches on our man cave reno. Still trim to put up, a few doors to replace and glass to put in our railings but man it's coming together. Curtis is going to have my Marco Polo at Huntfest next week. We'll get him up as well as a few paintings and it will feel like home again. Three months of renovation hell are coming to an end.

I had a guy do the log work as we were just running out of time. It's actually attached to the floor joists by a square tenon that goes through the floor.. We are going to put tempered glass panels in it but are just giving the logs a bit to adjust to their new home.

Nice stuff TJ.....but that Ibex near your wood stove gives me the heebie jeebies!
Are you not worried of the heat having any effect on the mount?
Have always kept mine away (across the room) from the stove.
Thanks for sharing the pics.

The way our stove radiates heats forward it doesn't seem to be an issue. The clearances on this stove are amazingly small and things just don't get excessively hot around it. It provides a very nice even heat but ya, I had the same concern until we burned it for a while.

Some really nice stuff on here everyone. Nice to look at stuff and get some ideas. The ram head on the packboard is pretty cool. The old wood made into a gun cabinet, traps, love all the rams SH. Drool drool.

There is some stellar pads here boys. I think a stripper pole finishes off a man cave tho, obviously a single mans cave tho.
