my son was home so we went out for a couple hours this afternoon. beautiful day. sun shining and about minus 5 C. Shot 224 between us......he got 131 of them (younger eyes!)
854 + 224 = 1078

And another one bites the dust!
Took a friends out north of Donalda to look at some land and there was a gopher digging a new hole in the road. First this year with a just aquired old Remington 525 bolt action I took along for it's first outing - and a head shot at about 30 yards! Snow is still in the ditches and ravines around here!

I think they are quite accurate on guys that I know for sure .. Been a couple friends out that didn't keep track , but each shot a brick of shells a couple weeks ago .
