So today....
So today, I started going through all the fishing stuff at work and started thinking about ice-fishing and scouting for a hunter friend,,, and the briskness of the season to come and wearing thermal suits and balclavas and being a bit miffed that I can't grow my face touque in (beard), and being crouched over an ice hole waiting to entice a fish of some sort, or making a gesture to my friend on spotting his game,,,,, all the while this piece of music hangs in my head - or more precisely the trombones and brass section at 5:58 and then again at 8:19- Johann Sebastian Bach's Passacaglia and fugue as arranged by Leopold Stokowski - yes that Leopold, from both Disneys Fantasia and the Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs pretends to be a conductor - anyhoo, I highly recommend you give this piece a listen while looking over pics of hunts and fishin adventures of years gone by.

got Tool cranked, working my way through their discography and so far lovin it.! cant wait for the ice either, but this morning it felt like I was ice fishing when I was blasting down the river anyways. that hour of sunshine kinda ruined it though.
