Default A woman has the answer to all the Deer Collision problems!

Some rocket surgeon in a skirt phoned into a radio station, and was adamant that all of the Deer Crossing signs are situated in areas that are used by too many cars and trucks, and all they had to do to save the poor deers (yes, deer(s) on purpose) would be to move the signs to less travelled roads!

There you have it. She should run for PM.

If they don't relocate the crossings, they could at least put in pedestrian crossing lights for the deer to activate. Should they use a hoof stomp button or a nose actuated button? I figure hoof, so that their noses don't stick to the crossing pole in cold weather.

As little faith as I have in human intelligence these days, I have to say it was a prank call. (I hope!)

And these people vote, drive, raise children, etc.. Lots of them out there too. Doesn't surprise me. By the way, has anyone hit an animal before? My job required thousands of miles over the years and I've been lucky enough to not even run into a yote. Rabbit or two and a few gophers. I have noticed dead deer around those signed areas from time to time. I remember years ago an old guy I used to hunt ducks and geese with who happened to be a big game road hunter, told me that he would park by one of those signs in an area that looked good to him in the evening and killed deer that way. No B.S.. He was a really nice old fella and I liked him alot. Never hunted deer with him tho.. Also, stopped hunting with him all together because one day, he shot a hawk that kept circling around our set up and the ducks wouldn't commit. People do some strange things.

reminds me of the post on my facebook today. Some chic was complaining about having to wait over an hour because an ESCALATOR stopped working. SOmeone told her it was just a moving set of stairs then asked if she meant elevator? Nope it was indeed an escalator!!

These people walk amongst us. Really they do. Scary.

Where can I go pick up some of these "deer crossing" signs?

I need a few to place about 20-50 yards from my treestands and ground blinds....wait.....would that be considered baiting? Telling the deer it is safe to cross when really I just want to shoot them??

I overheard 2 teenage girls on a bus saying that people shouldn't be allowed to take their own garbage to the dump, because all that extra garbage in the landfill is bad for the environment.

oh man...

you know, I think it's time that we, as a society, start letting girls attend school.

I overheard a woman letting a mechanic know that she was not "Just another stupid chick" and was not going to pay to have her tires rotated since they rotated every time she drove her car.

My Ex told me that she was very concerned about the keyless entry system on her Truck because she would have no way to get into the truck if the battery in the Keyfob was to ever go dead.

I used some thick metal banding to slimjim my way into a coworkers car at work when he locked the keys in it. He said that he wanted to keep the banding in the car because it would come in handy since he locks the keys in it quite often.
