Bringing an old motorbike across the border

so I may have found a sweet deal (100 bucks) on an old bike in kalispell....just wondering if anyone knows the procedure for going down to get this bike etc. what paper work I have to do.....it is sounding like a mid 70's honda..not sure if age has anything to do with procedures etc etc etc.
