Default Office jobs

Anyone know any good office jobs that are in high demand and takes only a short certificate program to get your foot in the door? I am currently looking for a career change from the trades.

I already have that ticket. PE job market has been dead for quite some time now.

No intelligence required either. Even an idiot can get elected these days.

That ticket isn't just limited to refineries and plants, right?

No you can also get a job in large commercial buildings in the city as an operator but you need to be a handyman type which I'm not.

Where do your talents lie?
What are you good at? What do you believe in? What would you want to during the day that would make you come home happy?

Good questions. I would say I prefer a clean job that is easy on the back and pays a decent middle class salary hence why I mentioned office jobs. The place where I work at also has parts technician jobs which looks like something I can do as a career. Wouldn't mind going back to school at all but need to know of some kind of course I can finish in a year or so that will allow me to start working in a stable career right away. That's all what I really want.

I'm not trying to be rude, but it's a lot to expect in this job market to do a quick certificate and secure a decent paying middle class office job. Hell, I have a masters degree and am just now finding serious leads.

Y2K, Not many places where you can avoid work politics. Everywhere I have been there has been politics just different kinds. Shop politics, field politics, rig politics, office politics. Just different kinds.
