Default Old fishing regulations

Anyone know where you could find copies online of the alberta guide to fishing regulations?
I'm looking to read an article I vaguely remember from the last half of the 90's.

Not online, but I do have print copies going back quite a ways. Can you remember the title of the piece and/or who wrote it?

I think it was the blurb in the front of the magazine highlighting new developments in Alberta fisheries, and they talked about some northern pike they stocked in the castor creek.
Somewhere between 95 and 2000.

I have looked online too. The only place that might have some info but would require some diving into the publications on this site:

You mentioned stocked pike in Castor creek. It could be mentioned in one of the publications.
