Default Spiced Rum Ham

Stuporstore has hock off Pork Picnics on for $1.48 a lb.

So I am going to lay down some Xmas Hams this weekend since it will be snowing.

Thinking of a Spiced Rum Ham
And a Grand Marnier Ham
I also have a bottle of Tequila that I was thinking of making a Mexi- Margarita Ham

Let it snow!!

Do you make it like six pack stew?

One beer in the stew, and you drink the other five.

To quote that Emeril guy "Pork Fat Rules"

Thanks for the pictures.

Never tried Root Beer Glaze on ham, but it seems popular

These hams will be brined/pumped with the alcohol.Brine to 10% of meat weight- Rum about 25% of brine weight.

Also thinking about injecting some wild boar with Frangelico- Hazelnut brine

I will post the recipe as soon as I develop and test it
I am getting a little bored of traditional ham/sausage/bacon and jerky preparations and so will be winging it for a while.
