Sylvan or Gull Perch?

I know these lakes hold some Perch. Have not seen or heard of anyone targeting them in the summer. Anyone have any luck fishing for Perch in these lakes?

I fish Sylvan a LOT and have never seen one in the last couple years. Even in the winter, when we have a camera running down there at all times. Have never seen a perch.

Couple years back you could stalk perch in the shallows at sylvan but recently I have not seen any at all.
