I know a few guys who have been on there and Pine and not doing all that bad for walleye, typical spring numbers. Pike will be heading back to the deeper water now so focus on walleye and whitefish if you have a flyrod.

I've never fished whites in the summer. Have heard about floats with wire worms (spinnng gear), & also fly rods but haven't done it. What sort of flies do you use? Sinking or floating line? Does trolling work? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Dry flies (match the hatch) and when they are rising chironomids 1 - 4 feet below the surface hung under an indicator.
