Default how's slave??

Did a bit of inquiring at the water hole this AM., and was told that there was pretty fair action at the narrows. So I imagine it might be OK at Faust. Canyon has been so-so but coming on . Early morn and couple hours before dusk are the best times . If there's a trail, no problem getting out otherwise it's best to have two vehicles - push and pull. That's all I know- Wish I could guarantee you more than that--- doug

Default glad to be of service

Was planning to be at the sportsman show this weekend and on the way thru drop off some furs at Westlock but maybe I'll just go and drop off my furs on Fri. and return. I'm still in the phone book. If you have time maybe I'll buy you's a coffee with the anticipated fortune I will be receiving from NAFA ho ho ho

Default Alberta's Best Lake

The fishing at Slave has been great, be sure to bring along a Quad/ski-doo, its impossible to drive out to the narrows at this time. Try Joussard if you want drive on.

Theres at about 5 feet, you'll next your extention if you try and go through an snow before you hit ice. I was at the narrows last weekend and fishing was slow untill 6pm. Fished from 3-6 without a bit but at 6 they started hitting hard, caught about 6 lost a lot.
Good luck
