Default Back from Calling

Damn where did all the walleyes go ????????,
fished Calling from 12 noon till about 5 pm , we were scannig waters at different depths from 8 ft all the way to 50 ft, seen hardly any fish, eventually started getting into some slough sharks at 8 ft depth,
we must've caught pretty much well over 20 , rapalas were the ticket...,
we seen lots of small fish suspended at 21 ft depth in 40 + ft waters at volkswagen point, we tried to rig it to see if we can get a sniff - and nothing.., perhaps white fish ??? who knows,
seen about 7 boats total, it was a great sunny day with a light breeze,
brought home one gator gutted him out and a nice 12" fat perch popped out out of his belly
I think this was my last day boating this season..
abit disappointed that we did not hook into any walleyes, ohh well
new season is only 6.5 months away

Cheers !
