Longevity should not be a curse but a great gift. Use it! If I make July I'll be 80, I still train my dogs (not that well any more) hunt, volunteer on the local health foundation, fly fish, go to the gym twice a week and build projects in my shop.

Live is a one time gift. Remember the story about the 10 talents, it is about life and how we live it.

Move it or lose it. The people here have a vast array of gifts that they have honed during their lives, use them to help others and that will also help you.
