I couldn't agree more. There have been several times when he is trying to explain a replay of a goal or whatever and its like he is not watching his monitor. He says and explains something totally different than the replays and misses the ball on what the issue of the call is. The play by play guy had a great one liner that my wife picked up on last night. "he is shuffling his lines like a salad" Who the hell shuffles a salad? maybe a deck of cards, but a salad??
Back to Kevin Weekes. I am 97% certain he has a half naked poster of Jordan Eberle taped to the roof above his bed. It is sickening how much credit for nothing he gives him. Yes Eberle is a great talent that had done some great things that deserve praise, but give credit when credit is actually due. Another annoyance was one of the games against the flames this year. Calgary had been dominating all game and the oilers were having nothing go right on their powerplay. Late in the PP they had some bouncy\broken play somewhat of a chance that really wasn't all that dangerous and Weekes pipes up "man o man, the oilers offence really brought their A game tonight" I believe it was late in the period and the oilers had maybe 3 or 4 shots all period. Weekes is a complete dillhole.

I remember that game you are talking about!! I think it was the same game that he was calling Jokinen Kotalik all night. He had even said that Kotalik was not playing that night already and how badly Calgary was going to miss him as he was a scoring sensation!!!

????? Is this a 3 year old post??? Make playoffs??!!!! Iggy in his prime??!! 18 goals and a -9 is "best player in the league"? Last nights game he logs 22 minutes of ice time with only two recorded shots and two hits.
Uhh....do you even follow hockey? Oh wait....you're being sarcastic!!

They haven't been giving up the puck along the boards and completely missing the net every shot so I fail to see how they're learning from him....

Who's Croby????and yeah I guess every team would be dying to pick up a 7 million dollar a year guy who doesn't show up until November every season.

Moss has been with the flames and iggy for 4 years now, you hope he has learned something by now. Iggy will be like Conroy in a few seasons if not sooner, in the press box, so get rid of him while you can for something

Iggy only goes if the Flames ownership decides "Blow it all up and start over from scratch". I don't think they have come to that conclusion yet. He's 33 and valuable now, but he won't be in 3 or 4 years, which is when the Flames might be contending if they started a rebuild now.
However, if the Flames continue to think they are close and just have bad luck , then I think they will keep him.
Wow, turning 34 this July. I didn't think he was that old.

Kipper is tired of seeing his D men skate in circles. He really would come out and help them make the first pass as his D cant, you just watch tonights game and you will understand.

HUH??
He is one of the best GT's in the NHL. Most teams would take him in a heart beat.
We should trade him and give him a chance to play behind a team with a chance.

Yup if I was you, i'd be imbarresed to even call myself a calgarian After the way the Flames are choking Lately.
However I thought that you Falmes fans would be use to the disapointment by Now.
I'd Watch Curling & Figure Skateing on TV,before I'll watch Calgary destroy themselves yet again.Imagine if they actually were in a division with Strong teams, they would be dead last for sure,or maybe they still are dead last I forget?
