Was at Wolf Lake yesterday, Jan 10th. About 14" of ice but less than half was good, dark ice the rest was ice made by overflow. A good 10" of snow on top of ice.
Slow fishing ( a pike every 30 minutes).
Stopped in at Minnow Lake, the boat launch area is snowed in and was tough to get around in even in 4x4.
Ended the day at Wab where it was one walleye after another at dusk.
