Default BSA Martini day

Well, first day at the bench with this old cleaned up BSA Martini.
So far, so good.
5-shot groups @ 50yds.

Looks like a great start!
A different brand or model of ammo may shrink that group even tighter

Nice gun, good groups. Really like the period, Unertl external adjust scope.

Getting a nice clam day, or at least not gusty type wind, sure makes it more fun shooting groups with a 22RF. I was out yesterday, wind was VERY gusty and coming from behind and a bit from the right. Amazing how much a wind gust raised and moved to the left the POI, even at 50 yards, let alone 100.

One of the guys was Chronographing a new batch of SK plus. Max spread, 26 fps, ES of 7. Pretty darn good for not all that expensive a target round. Shot great out of his Anschutz, and mine all like SK+ too.
