Did I just hear Ferland went to dressing room? I forgot he has a tendency to get hurt lots. I know he was game time decision, but yeah not sure we would want to go for that in a season we have a chance at a run.

I think some people just don't like hearing a female voice calling hockey games. Personally I think shes good... a way better announcer than say Kelly Hrudy for example.

What are you talking about? Its a social crime against humanity that The Dark Knight didn't get best picture, wasn't even nominated, and instead No Country for Old Men won.

For me KH's play by play commentary sucks... his color commentary (between plays) is ok though.
Do you think they hired CC only because shes a woman? It sounds like thats the only reason that you dont like her... maybe if she got a sex change then she would be ok?

Any credibility the Oscars may have had went out the Window when Brokeback Mountain got a bunch of nominations. I think they even won some. What are we talking about here??

His commentary is pretty good, but to me his play by play is terrible a lot of times. I think CC's commentary is pretty darn good for someone so new at it and I think shell only get better.

Exactly right. He came close a few times that last shift, was a lot of pressure on canes.

No, I don't like her because she is HORRIBLE. Tell me there isn't a better CC person around? She did get the job because she is a woman with a load of hockey experience. How is that fair to those that are better at their jobs? Now quit trying to throw me under the bus. You seem to have some seriously sexist ideas.

How do you not like our Goalie Big save Dave. He sprinted up the ice full speed when Backlund scored in OT. Its like he won the cup. Nice first half of the season Flames. Luv watching Oilers loose and Flames winning.

We must have been watching a different game. We got out shot, out hit, less takeaways, more giveaways, playing an 18th place team at home and they took us to overtime. We did win faceoffs and the game, but to say we were dominating seem seems a bit of a stretch.

I was talking about a great movie, you, not so much...

Flames were outplayed in the first two but had a wide margin for shots in the third, and controlled puck more, in Canes zone. Canes clearly won the first two periods. But not the game.
