Default Sevylor raft

So I bought this thing to fish some of the trout ponds and now am trying to figure out how to inflate the darn thing.

It has 3 mini double lok valves and 2 large boston valves.

Problem is I cannot get the mini valves to lok and close. Once pumped up to pressure I push em in and then remove the pump and out comes the air.

Coleman add say turn the valve to the right but that does not seem to help.

Any suggestions would sure be helpful, gotta do something before my temper gets the best of me and I proceed to attack the thing with a torch.

Not sure, but they may be spring loaded like other inflatables...push them in, turn the valve to the right/left, and they pop out...closed.
