Default North Buck lake

Anyone been to North buck lately? I will sacrifice great fishing for a good campground as I will be taking the family. Also whats the boat launch like, we use a tracker topper so we carry on top of the truck. Can we launch by foot without problem?

I was at north buck a couple weeks ago. You can count on catching lots of hammer handles and since you can keep 1 pike under 63cm you can guarantee a fish fry! good place to take young kids for some fun little pike and camping experience.

I haven't been there for years. It used to be a pretty place to camp with decent perch fishing.
Last time I was there it was party central all night long. Can't tell you what boat launch, camping or fishing is like now.

Lake is still down this year as it has been for about last 5. Watch for weed beds and sand bars. I haven't been to prov campground for about that long too but would expect it is well maintained as it was before. There are some spots on the point where you could hand lauch a small aluminium with no problem.

Haven't much for fishing this year.
