Hi, We were at Moose June 5,6 &7th. Fishing was rather slow in the AM but seemed to pick up around 11:00 or so. We were in the little bay just east of pelican point--slip bobber fishing. This is where we caught the most walleye. The sizes ranged between 43 to 58 cm (for us) but bigger fish were caught also. There were guys fishing the sand flat in the narrows..there is a drop off there and others were fishing along the weeds just to the north of pelican point.. Good luck!

Slip bobbers are very productive. They allow you to suspend your bait of choice over a targeted area.

just got back from there; fishing was pretty good.
landed tons of small pike (sight fishing is so fun ) a couple of 55-60cm eyes and a 14lb pike out of 5' of water.
launched @ franchere - somewhat challenging; had my explorer in up to the bottom of the doors and it still took 2 of us to push the boat (16.5') off the trailer.
good luck
