Default Small Motor Repair?

The motor on my compressor quit working a while back. Any members do small motor repairs or can recommend a good shop? Preferably north or east Edm.
It is a 3 horse single phase running on 220. Thanks.

Brushes ? Quick and easy fix. Starting capacitor ? Test it.
