I got this one at Kalinka European Deli by The Timmies in Cedarbrae- 24th st sw and Oakfield Drive- But I have seen it at lots of Deli type places

my first keeper, a unicorn fish
took it to a restaurant to ask the chef how to clean it, he did it and cooked it for me! Super white meat, I would eat it all day long.

Looks to be pretty firm and tasty . how the taste and texture on that meat ?? i am imagining it taste like perch

The hutterite turkeys ,,,no no no chickens just hit the BBQ, do not have the rub , but there is 14 peices of garlic in each chicken butt

Whitail loins from south of camrose, northern sask walleye from bevs in prince albert, kraft dinner smothered in diced tomatos from sobeyes, and a glass of coke from Dales liquer store in camrose. Im a batchler too .
