Anybody fishing in the snow storm? I'll be out this weekend in the gold bar rundle hermitage area, water was open last weekend and surprisingly clear. Few bites two fish landed between 5 and 7. Orange and black pack sack for a tackle box,say hello if you like. Fishin reports to follow ...

Good luck, I was over the bridge in Ft. Sk, last night, a lot of the ice was gone, but the water was looking pretty dirty.

Well, the storm was a spring version... I sucked it up. The water was cloudy a few burgs and sticks. Didn't catch anything just a good sweat from the hike. I started at gold bar and walked the south shore. Very poor water access, some spots to fish but hard to land them and handle them right. Ice burgs are pushed up against the banks, beware of soft banks and loose ice and slippery quicksand like mud. I didn't make it to hermitage, but rundle north ans south shore gold bar strathcona science park trails the water access sucked. Sounds like ninja is the NSR go to guy. Someday I'll follow him around and learn how to catch fish.
