Default SA Predator Leader

I just got some SA Predator leaders that come with "Heavy duty black single barrel sleeves for secure attachment of flies". I have only used the Rio stuff before, has anyone used these? I am unsure how the tubes are used, I would assume I double back the line through the barrel and then pinch. Is this correct?

Thank you

Crimping the barrel sleeves, as you describe, is the right way to use the leader. I have used it and put a small snap-lok on the end so I can change flies easily.

Thank you for the info. A snap is what I plan on doing while backing everything up with some UV Knot glue.

Might be a little offtopic but have you consider just using a single strand of mono and a titanium 7 strand wire? You would save quite a bit of money.
