Try going to the city of Red Deer and see if you can find who got a marriage license for or was married on Aug. 15th in Red Deer. Local vital statistics should have records of marriages. Could narrow it down maybe. Because of Covid there probably wasn't a big reception. Also some couples announce their weddings in a local newspaper (usually in the classified section) too. Check the Red Deer newspapers for that week or week after.
