Hey man a bad day fishin beats a good at work any time.

I ended up at Lac Ste Anne instead because I got up too late for Gull! Saw a huge walleye down the hole in 9 FOW. Then moved to a new spot and caught 3 small jacks! Was fun anyway...

Agreed, I had to work my arse off for 15 fish & most of those were 3"-7" perch. Landed 2 pike on 4lb test & wire worms which was a challenge. Was still a beautiful day to be out!

Its a big lake with many access points virtually all around the lake ...... Brownlows is a village in winter. You won't find to much peace and solitude down there.

Not to many people out today. Most guys just left as well as us, managed one perch only.

Ended up going to pigeon after gull for an hour. Water was super clear. In around 10FOW without a tent I could see bottom.
