My bro clones his weed with bananas. Just insert the slip straight into the banana and wait. I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it for myself. Works pretty darn well but smelled horrible.

When the the furnace won’t fire you can clean the flame sensor with a bit of steel wool or sandpaper to get you through till you can get the parts. Lower the thermostat and switch the furnace off clean the sensor and restart.

I have used canola oil for removing sticker adhesive on numerous occasions; most any oil will work, but some won't leave an objectionable smell which can be helpful if its on a piece of wood furniture rather than auto glass or such.

Cut a piece of bicycle tire inner tube and slide it over your zippo lighter . It will help to keep the fluid from evaporating so fast

WD40 is the "Duct Tape" liquid.

Many years ago, an old farmer told me he would spray WD40 on his knees (arthritis). Says it loosens them right up and he was good to go!

...Not sure if he was pulling my leg.

Toothpaste will rub out small scratches/rubs off your vehicle paint. Can also be used to clean headlight covers as previously mentioned.

Cut a pool noodle half way through and pop it on to the gunwale of your canoe or aluminum boat. It makes a great place to hang fishing lures for easy access

Also a small piece of pool noodle zip tied on the kids fishing rod will save the day when the rod inevitable goes in the lake

after decades of trying to fix scratched cd's I used Turtle Wax, although similar rubbing compounds will work. Rub it in a circular motion until all the scratches disappear. Tried this on one of the kids video games that was unreadable and no longer available for purchase. After trying every trick out there over the past 30 years, this one worked perfectly.

I repaired around 50 dvds that my cousin had skidded all over the cement floor and would not play. I used a large soft buffing wheel mounted on a lathe and white compound and ran the wheel from the center to the outside so the scratches were across the line of the spinning. All the dvd's still work.

When it was still going, the local video rental place paid me to fix disks for him. I fixed quite a few hundred of them that way.

Splitting wood made easier - found this on you-tube and it will work for large wood as well as several smaller logs that need splitting. Put the wood you want to split into a old tire and start splitting - no need to stand the wood back up or keep bending over to pick-up split pieces - makes this task much easier. This one works great.

WD40 is toxic and should never be used in that way. Also should never be sprayed on fishing lures as an attractant.

Magic Erasers work great removing the marks left from metal on fiberglass. On our boat, the windshield hold down strap, the keys, and the snaps from the seat cushions would mark up the gel coat. The eraser removes them easily.

Bungie cord and piece of chain work good for that too.

Was prepping the fence for stain yesterday and needed to sand a section of top rail with my palm sander.
Burnt through 2 sheets-ripped and torn in short order and my neighbor notices and says to put duct tape as a backing on the sandpaper before loading on the sander.
Wow
Sanded another 80 feet and it held together perfectly.
