Default Heat shrink end caps?

Hoping the AO brain trust can help me out....Trying to find heat shrinkable end caps something along the lines of what is sometimes on the end of a shovel or hand tools. Needs to be one inch diameter. Any ideas? I've tried Lee Valley, Home Depot and Rona so far.

Thanks,

Tyler

It's for shooting sticks.

Not sure what Plasti-dip is. I'll have to google it.

Could possibly try going to a wine making store and buying shrink caps for a champagne bottle. They come in packs of 30 for $3. The ones for wine bottles might be on the small side.
