The US seriously needs someone to clean out the rats and set it back on course. The last 8 years have been an absolute disgrace. I don't think some of these guys on the ballot, though Republicans, would change all that much in this regard.

I find it funny that those who run down Trump do so based solely on not being able to get past his perceived personality and I seriously doubt they even know what he believes one way or the other. Dr. Carson is saying almost the exact same things albeit in a different way and he doesn't catch any flack at all.

I agree with Trump when he defends his "tone". Tone???? Are you kidding me? The next President most certainly needs to lead with much more and different tone than Obama. The nation needs it badly.
Ya record high job openings, near full employment and quarterly growth of 3.7% what a disgrace. The US clearly can't stand much more of this.

I would have to laugh at this statement if it weren't so very sad.

But its nice you believe the USA is in good shape.

Maybe those "record high job openings" are for the middle eastern refugees when they arrive??

I am no fan of Obama ..... let's get that straight ..... however he did inherit a burning bag of crap from the outgoing administration and, at least on the economic front rode the wave, and started to turn things positively for the US economy.

Weather or not you like, dislike, love or hate Obama's policies - you can't argue his positive contribution to the economy.

Facts are facts ....... hard to argue here really .... no matter how much you might hate some of his policies like most of us do.

Yes I will admit Obama had a disaster to deal with.
And I truly felt sorry for him when he took office.
And he looks like a sad old man now but he made big mistakes.

Pulling out of the Middle East
Stimulus Package
Obamacare
Hiring the very same financial people who created the 08 recession
Ignoring the real threats of ISIS
Iran Nuke Deal
Borrowing so much money from China that its almost decapitating

I could go on but its making me sick thinking about it.

And now Obama is just letting things ride out til he's done.
Pathetic leadership !!!!

Are they really better off now ????

No it's pretty easy to make a fluff speech like that when you don't have to get into any specifics. Also I don't know why she tries to claim the US isn't doing any bombing.

You can't just attack every area where there is radical islamists and hope for the best. Also can't afford to occupy several middle eastern countries indefinitely.

The issue is more complicated than a fluff speech and any move has high potential to backfire

That's one version of the story. I choose to believe it. You don't have too. Did you expect the gas jockey to say anything other than claiming innocence?

Agree

And especially since Bush started this mess and Obama made it worse.

Obama has already stated that he will accomadate some refugee's but doesn't have a plan in place yet. Guess he's really very busy to deal with this disaster post haste !!!!

And just to make things on the Republican side a bit more interesting.Ben Carson is in the Republican Ring and I stumbled on that by accident. THIS is a man everyone in America can respect - well let me say, what I know of his history and what I have read thus far (last night) on his political views I am quickly sliding over to the Ben Carson Camp.

I will continue to read and listen to what he has to say.
