And even moreso after the deal he made with Iran.

"The man is a flipping blow hard, and has only very few qualifications To run the USA. One of those qualifications is to have a huge ego."

And yet he got elected to two terms and made probably the worst deal in history with Iran.

Yes of course some of the expertise in running a business do translate into running a country. But where is the team building of compromise, where is the ability to work with different interests that have different agendas, and before your platform can move ahead those must be reconciled? Where is the indication of ability to work together with Congress? Don't forget, the president can veto, but without Congress support he cannot change laws, only enact executive orders based on existing laws.

I take it yer describing Obama.

Trump is a go getter and get things done.

If Trump wins I am going to go down there and get on the construction crew of that monumental Mexican border wall.

The companies that went bankrupt were casinos in Atlantic City, many casinos went bankrupt not just Trumps. Caesars is in bankruptcy protection now. If running a business was always 100% successful we would all own 1 or 200.
A lot of very successful people have had businesses fail, get off your high horse.

Agreed, he will definitely go down in history as one of the very worst, ever! That's what you get for voting in a community organizer, career politician with ZERO real world experience.

Being an entrepreneur, I can attest. Wish it were easy but it isn’t. For all of those that do not believe me give up your job, strike out on your own and make it work. Good Luck!

If the building takes place from January to April and the pay is decent with lots of overtime, count me in!

Yup and I'm sure Trump will welcome all of you "foreign workers" coming down from Canada to take "Merican'" jobs.

With open arms too I bet.

Don't worry you can be on the crew when that lunatic builds a wall between the US and Canada - and you can also pay for it yourself and donate your time for free on that wall project.

Hey, no argument here that it is difficult! I am a business owner myself and it is definitely a tough and stressful gig no doubt, and many businesses don't make it. That doesn't mean I am not going to hold the president of a country like the USA to a higher standard than the rest of us... Meh... Maybe I just expect too much out of THE POTENTIAL LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD. Nothing to do with a high horse because I sure don't belong on one...

Just one of those "agree to disagree" moments...

You are too funny. I am a member of an international union so I can work legally anywhere in the world. And there is no need for a Canadian wall. But nice stretch on fantasy thoughts.

Oh .... sorry ......I didn't realize membership in a "international union" entitles your union to surpass any immigration laws or foreign work visa requirements anywhere in the world.

Is that what you are saying? ..... really?

In that case carry on then .......

It doesn't but it's an easier approval process. Why do you find it necessaary to over emphasize the truth with such snide commentary?

"over emphasize the TRUTH"?

I think you just answered your own question Luxor ... er..... I mean Elixr

I'm pretty sure Trump wanting to create jobs for Americans then turning around and hiring foreign workers to build a wall would be a contradiction to his position on both immigration and domestic job creation - yet I'm living in fantasy right?

Maybe I'm wrong .....

The Trumpster will most likely win. His ex campaign manager Roger Stone still supports him.
And his credentials include being the campaign manager of Nixon and Reagan. The people will not vote for a third term Obama administration. The Democratic party and socialism has proven to be a failure for people and country alike. And Trump had 30 000 people at his Alabama rally the other day.

Not maybe. It will be a mixture of US and Mexican workers Im fairly sure. Thats how it usually works down south closer to the border. Ive experienced it. The wall will be good for both sides

Well, the Mexicans are paying for it, so you will likely need to get on with them. I suspect they will be hiring cheap Mexican labor to keep costs down.

So people will call out Trudeau for not wanting to use the word barbaric in official government of Canada literature, but will support Trump who's supporters during arrest cited Trump's opinion as justification or beating a homeless person most likely without cause and Trumps only response is 'they're passionate'...

The brutes of the world are taking over and it's only going to lead to more brutality.

Trump is more protectionist than our NDP. Unless you are an American citizen you will not be working in the USA anytime soon after he is elected.
