Our little guy loved the customized video message from Santa that this link provided. You input the childs name and some photos and they show up in the video message from Santa.
Another good one is noradsanta.org you can track him from the time he leaves the north pole, and see all the diffrent countries he stops at, and the kids can watch the video clips and learn about the country Santa is in dropping off presents...used to keep the kids all excited all evening....
i have used the portable north pole for my kids. getting the message from santa and seeing their picture in the message really smartens them up. there is also a portable north pole app for the iphone

Santa's still real, he justs utilizes technology to keep in touch with the little miscreants.... I mean the lovely children! This gives him the smallest amount of extra time to go ice fishing. Or sealing.
