I'm all over that too. B-class at pigeon also. For myself my father and a buddy of mine. Yumm. I can taste those fried walleye cheeks already.

you know I never tryed walleye cheecks before until last year but there tastey.

Yeah theyre great arent they? I cook mine in a batter I concocted one snowed in may long night at peerless lake. I took 1/2pnd of garlic butter melted, mixed it with about a cup of coyote brand pancake mix and poured in a shot of beer and a shot of spiced rum( one shot for the mix and one for me) . mixed it up battered them and fried them in canola oil. Wow. It's good. Give it a try some time. If you like it you can buy my book, it's called "cooking fish while drinking rum in a snowstorm". You should see it in bookstores everywhere shortly.

Cheeks are the best part of most any fish, in my opinion. I gave the walleye tags a go, too.
