Buy a mobile blind complete with power windows. Seriously there are so many different types of blinds out there your best bet is probably to go to a few stores and climb in a few to see what you like best.

But everybody gets excited when the mirrors on the blind get in the way. Haha
I checked out a couple and they seem too small for 2 guys. When you look up the specs they are all a little different.

Check out the redneck bale blinds, not sure how easy they are to move and set up, but they look like they could fit two people quite comfortably. And it looks just like a hay bale. I watched an episode of nock on, where a moose is actually feeding on the blind itself. Sticking its head inside the window and sniffing the hunter.

I'll second that. I just drove by one set up at the top of a draw, and it looked great. If it wasn't for the windows I would never have been able to tell. And I was only 200 yards away from it.
Cabelas has them. Around 500$ though.
I got a couple cheaper ones from Ameristep. Their decent, accept you really got to brush them in good.
And be careful if it just says 2 man blind. Check the measurements. My 2 man blind would maybe fit 2 skinny teenagers. But me and my hunting partner would almost be cuddling if we both got in.

Another vote for the hay bale blind. Anywhere there is fields, there is bales, and game doesn't spook from a bale showing up. They will definitely spook from a camo ground blind though, you have to really brush them in so no fabric is showing. Fabric reflects light and looks unnatural.

Five minutes to set up, Room for two good sized chairs, bring a little heater and a thermos of coffee, all set. I use this one

I got a kryptek blind from cabelas (150 on save from 200) three person blind. Ill be trying it out this weekend. Looks like it can easily house 2 people. Ameristep I believe.

spring steel blinds are way easier to carry in, setup and sturdier once they are up... They are usually only 5 and half feet though, so a little cozy for 2 people. the hub ones are bigger, but the hubs dont do well with snow on the roof and collapse. they are also much much heavier and bigger to carry in.

we built a couple straw bale blinds 2 years ago although ours are not portable on a daily basis we pick our spots and leave them for the hunting season
They work great the deer have no idea you are there. First buck i shot i could have also shot a doe right after if i would have had a supplemental tag.

I find these intriguing. Haybale blind that I'm thinking someone is making in their shop. Doesn't look terribly portable, is expensive, but looks weather proof with room for two.

Someone on here making these?

Here is a couple of pictures of the bale blinds we built cost about 200 bucks to build two blinds using salvaged materials
Straw coconut matting $100
Rebar $80

We made a base frame out of 1-1/2” light wall steel pipe and used rebar to form the arches and main frame and then added 1/2” pipe for shooting rails with slide down windows on bungee cords wrapped the frame in 5x5 square fence wire and the wrapped it with geotextile cloth (thick landscape fabric) and topped it off with the erosion mat
Easily moved by two people
We store them in an old barn for summer
