Default Shrink wrapping your boat

I want to get my boat shrink wrap for winter. Does anybody know who does this in Calgary?

Thanks in advance.

Used to get mine done every year before I had a garage big enough for the cars and the boat.

Not cheap if I remember. I had mine done at B & L Marine.

Lot of guys don't care for B & L but I always got real good service.

Only ones I know who would do the shrink wrap. Worst part was cutting it off and knowing you could not save it and use it again.

Default Shrink wrap

Is this the heat shrink wrap, if so how did they attach it, did they just tape it to the hull and shrink it up.

Yes it is, but I'm having trouble finding someone to do it.

Most boats are between $225 & $250.

Do what i did, had cratex come to work to shrink wrap a bunch of skids and asked them to give me a bunch, 3 rolls of tape and a 30 by 30 chunck of shrink wrap, and bob's your uncle.....in all seriousness tho, id try cratex or western crate, and see if the will sell you a bunch, can't see it being all that costly, like a boat place doing it...

Its actually not that pricey at all can do it with a butane torch and a heat spreader + the cost of a roll. It only runs us around 50-60$'s a roll through where I work. Then again we get significant price breaks just by volume. Takes about 45 minutes to do a Saddleblock which has the same surface area of a boat. You'd honestly be better off buying what you need to do it and doing it yourself. You may mess up the shrink wrap a few times but even with your mistakes it will be cheaper to do it and learn it then not have to pay to have it done every year.
