Nope. Don't know them that well yet. Wish them the best of luck. That's got to be a tough industry to be in.

My experience with the new owners has not been very good.

Long story short, I bought a new bow, had issues with it and after driving the 2 hours back to Lethbridge to see if Lane could help me with the problem the new owner pretty much told me I was on my own. I ended up having to get the manufacturer to talk me through fixing the issue.

I will very much miss the excellent customer service that I came to expect from Lane, but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

They have been awesome to me. Helped me with every thing from tuning my bow to form. I am very happy with them!!!!! I bought the bow from Cheryl the previous owner.

I will add my 2 cents on this as well.

I dealt with Dennis and Cheryl since the day they opened and had good service from them, the day the store switched hands earlier this year I took a QAD rest in for warranty (emailed QAD they said take it to a local dealer- I had bought it at Lane the year previous) Erika sent it away through her supplier...fast forward 4 months and the rest is still not back and seems as though the supplier may have lost it...I stopped in the store yesterday to grab some arrows and asked about the rest as well, she said the supplier didn't seem to know where it was....she grabbed one off the wall and gave it to me and said she would fight with her supplier but there was no sense in me not having a rest on my bow!

Pretty awesome service IMO, they will continue to get my business and the business of the people I pass along to them as well.

That is excellent service. Should absolutely build loyalty when they do that.
