Good luck with the weeds....IMO coal isn't worth fishing anytime after june.

bullocks.. weedless spoons or try some top waters... toss them right into the thick of it and show us the results! havn't seen a decent coal shark in awhile !~

Have you been out there lately..? I was there late june and there were weed patchs thick enough to stop a canoe with a TM... and too many mozzies to shorefish.
