Seniors Fishing licence?

Do Resident Alberta Seniors still have to purchase a Fishing licence. Taking the Father in law out and he raised the question,, I dont have any regs to check this? I imagine he would need a WIN number either way?

65 and over no licence required but still needs to abide to the regs..
