Jim-Bows Archery is looking for a Part-time member to join our Calgary team. Duties:
• Fulfill the company defined customer experience by being a friendly, available, customer focused, excited team member
• Organizing and displaying merchandise to company standards
• In depth knowledge of equipment and information related to archery
• Work with and handle Archery equipment, setting up new bows, making minor adjustments to bows, adding accessories to bows, making repairs to customer owed equipment, cutting arrows and setting broadheads, etc
• Ability to help customers select appropriate bows and accessories
Skills:
• Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
Experience:
• 1-2 years of retail sales or outdoor sporting related experience preferred
• Results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Team work and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take direction.
