I recently went to this place for a fine supper. Just wanted to say that the restaurant has a great wild game menu for the month of November. Their regular menu has good game items too. Normand's is a 5 star restaurant downtown Edmonton that specializes in game. Elk, bison, wild boar, etc, are on their regular menu. If you want you can also get alligator, kangaroo, red tail and even camel. I highly recommend this place. A little pricey but great food and service.

Used to go there when it was fine dining and had a cigar bar.
I don't consider myself a smoker, but a couple times a year would go for an excellent meal, followed by a nice cigar and congnac...gotta admit I miss some of the things about the 'good old (unhealthy) days'.
I guess technically speaking, I shouldn't have said "wild" game menu. These would be farmed animals.
