Cutting and packaging moose

Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to cut and package my first ever calf moose. Its already gutted skinned and hanging. Can bring it to you also. I'm located in Edmonton.

It is very simple to do yourself. If not sure look on YouTube lots of videos on how to debone and separate the cuts. If there’s two of you to do a calf it shouldn’t take more than a couple of hrs. Once you do it the first time you’ll never take them in again. Plus a lot of savings on the pocket book.
If you want hamburger just bag up chunks of meat and phone some butchers. I’m sure they would grind it for you.
