Looking for elk or moose hides

I'm looking for some fresh moose or elk hides with no holes I'm looking to make myself some buckskin clothing and shoes, and I wanna brain tan them myself if you have a large nice hide that you would give to me let me know I can come and pick it up. Pm me if you have one.

If we get one next week I'll save it for you. I had the same idea as you. I was given a massive ranched bison hide. I figured if old Tom on "Mountain Men" could do one in part of one episode I should have no problem! Well it was bigger than my 2 stall garage! I cut it in half and have it stretched and some what fleshed out, but that's as far as I got in a year!! LOL
