ice fishing around blackfalds

need to go to blackfalds this Friday for a couple days to look after my daughters dogs and was wondering if anyone can recommend somewere to ice fish for a few days that doesn't require a lot of driving, prefer to fish for some trout

Gull lake is your best bet if you want to stay close to blackfalds

Except there is no trout in Gull Lake.

For trout, there are trout ponds that might be fishable, otherwise, might want to consider a drive west to get the action you'd like.
