Birds have very, very good eye site.
This is true as we have all seen a picture of a bird of prey, descend
from many feet above the water to catch a fish under the water in some river.
So my question here is..
If birds in general have such great sight then..
When chickens are born most have green eyes until they get to an age to lay
eggs, then there eyes turn a red to ambure color.
So my question is "Do birds grow up color blind until there eyes turn color ?"
What color spectrum do they see from chick to adult ?
What effect does it have ?
